Resources for Your Courses: Copyright for Content Experts

This workshop is an introduction to copyright and is geared toward faculty who are developing or planning to develop online courses with the College of Continuing Studies. The workshop will examine the legal uses of copyrighted material in distance education and will highlight the pre-cleared resources provided by CCS and the University.
Laptops/tablets are not required for this workshop, but feel free to bring your device if you want to follow along with the presentation and live resource demonstrations.
By attending this workshop, you will be able to:
- Understand the CCS Copyright Guidelines.
- Evaluate existing course material for potential copyright conflicts and know how to obtain assistance when needed.
- Understand how to use the resources provided by CCS and UA Libraries to select pre-cleared online course materials.
