This year’s CIT Faculty Technology Showcase will be held on Friday, February 24, 2017 in A232 Gordon Palmer Hall. The call for nominations is now open.
The goal of the CIT Faculty Technology Showcase is to provide an opportunity for our community to share with one another how technology is being used across campus. As such, please nominate colleagues who incorporate technology in both innovative and practical ways that enhance teaching and learning, assist with research, and/or increase professional productivity. You are welcome to nominate yourself as well. Presenters at previous Faculty Technology Showcases can be nominated to present again this year.
Presentations will be in the form of electronic poster sessions that will last approximately 50 minutes each. The information about previous showcases can be found at frc.ua.edu/faculty-technology-showcase/.
There are two ways to submit the names and email addresses for those you would like to nominate:
- Go to the FRC Support page, select “Faculty Technology Showcase” under “How would you categorize this request?” and enter the names and email addresses for the nominee(s)
- Email the names and email addresses to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please submit nominations by Friday, November 11, 2016.
