Join Adobe and The Office of Information Technology for a ProDOCtivity Challenge, Wednesday, Nov. 13 in 307 Manly Hall. This is an event to train UA faculty and staff on best practices with Adobe DC.

The event, led by Adobe experts, consists of multiple sessions where you’ll learn about all the features of Acrobat DC and how they can speed tasks and eliminate document pain points. You’ll also learn tips and best practices and get your questions answered.

Get Work Done with Acrobat DC
In this hands-on lab, you will learn how to use Adobe Acrobat DC to:

• Create, combine and organize PDFs
• Convert PDF for reuse in other apps
• Edit a PDF

1pm–2:30pm
Work from Anywhere with Acrobat DC
In this session, you will learn how to work on the go with Acrobat DC and how to use Acrobat DC to:

• Work Across all your Devices – Desktop, Web, Mobile
• Fill and Sign a Document Yourself or Request Signatures
• Secure your PDFs

3pm–4pm
Create Forms with Acrobat DC

• Learn how to lay out a form template in MS Word and bring it into Acrobat to add form fields
• Learn how to add formatting options, field validations, interactivity, and more
• Discuss options for how to distribute and collect information

4pm–4:30pm
Office Hours
